Integration post acquisition for a computer games company  

The acquisition of a leading company in the development of computer games by another market leader required a fast integration of the two businesses.

 

In addition to leading the organisation integration process we undertook a review of the HR capability and processes needed to provide HR support to the substantially expanded new organisation.
